I noticed that we kept getting bigger clients and having the same conversation over and over again. On the surface, people we’re hiring us to send them new clients for their newest staff member with an empty schedule but just below was the fact that marketing was the only tool that they knew how to grow.

They often had little to no structured operations, inconsistencies in performance across their team, no management skills, and a mindset that helped them get to $10k/months, but was holding them back from getting significantly further. 

What they didn’t realize was that were telling themselves “well as long as we keep attracting enough clients, everything will be alright”  As I saw this mistake happen over and over again – and the unfortunate results of what happens when you build a fragile house of cards solely based on marketing & team – I realized someone had to show them a better way.

Thus the transition, a lot of education, a lot of testing with existing clients, and the birth of Scaling Wellness, and the Scaling Wellness Podcast.
