Zack Mayfield, from Peoria, AZ,  has been a massage therapist for 10 years and also a competitive powerlifter for 13. He is the man behind the Successful Bodyworker.

 

He began his career as a bodyworker when he had a shoulder injury from bench pressing and liked how massage worked for him. He is always looking for a new way to challenge himself, and that meant going out and building his skill of practice. 

 

Healing and helping Massage Therapists always comes first to Zack. He wanted to start an initiative to help bodyworkers become the strongest version of themselves not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.  

 

With this initiative, he has combined both passions of bodywork and strength training to helps therapists level up their strength, self-care and longevity.

 

He dissects the root cause of their burnouts and provides them the unique applicable solutions to keep themselves in the game for the long haul.
